เส้นทางการทำงาน (The Journey)

เริ่มต้นที่เชียงใหม่

ในช่วงแรก คุณจะได้ทำงานเคียงข้างผู้ก่อตั้งโดยตรง — สร้างคอนเทนต์สำหรับแพลตฟอร์มของเรา และออกภาคสนามเพื่อทำ Outreach และการขายโดยตรง คุณจะได้เรียนรู้แบบลงมือทำจริง ๆ ผสมผสานทั้งงานสร้างสรรค์และงานที่ต้องพบปะผู้คน

เติบโตสู่ความเป็นผู้นำ

เมื่อคอนเทนต์และการขายเริ่มเดินหน้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง คุณจะก้าวเข้าสู่บทบาท Outreach Marketing Manager เราจะนำทีมใหม่เข้ามา และคุณจะเป็นคนฝึกและนำทีมออกภาคสนาม ที่จุดนี้ คุณจะได้รับค่าคอมมิชชันไม่เพียงจากการขายของคุณเอง แต่ยังรวมถึงการขายจากทีมของคุณด้วย

เมื่อธุรกิจขยายออกไปนอกเชียงใหม่ คุณจะมีโอกาสเลือกได้ว่าจะอยู่ที่นี่ต่อ หรือย้ายไปกรุงเทพฯ (และต่อไปที่หัวหิน) เพื่อช่วยตั้งออฟฟิศใหม่ ไม่ว่าคุณจะเลือกเส้นทางไหน การมีส่วนร่วมของคุณจะได้รับการเห็นคุณค่าและตอบแทน

คุณสมบัติที่เรามองหา

มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์และกล้าแสดงออก:

ชอบทำคอนเทนต์ เล่าเรื่อง และเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของสื่อ ไม่อายที่จะแสดงออกในแบบที่จริงใจ

สื่อสารอย่างมั่นใจ:

กล้าพูดคุยกับผู้คนแบบตัวต่อตัว อธิบายไอเดียอย่างชัดเจน และสนุกกับพลังของการเชื่อมโยง

มุ่งมั่นและเป็นมืออาชีพ:

มีเป้าหมายในการประสบความสำเร็จทั้งด้านการเงินและการทำงาน เข้าใจวินัย มารยาท และการให้เกียรติในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์

มีศักยภาพด้านความเป็นผู้นำ:

ไม่เพียงแต่จะทำงานเคียงข้างผู้ก่อตั้ง แต่ยังมีความมุ่งมั่นที่จะฝึกและนำทีมของคุณเองในอนาคต

ผลตอบแทน (Rewards)

ระหว่างการฝึกอบรม: ครอบคลุมค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดในช่วงการฝึก 2 สัปดาห์

เส้นทางชัดเจน: หลังการฝึกอบรม จะมีการประเมินความเหมาะสมกับตำแหน่ง

แพ็คเกจที่น่าดึงดูด: หากผ่านการประเมิน คุณจะได้รับข้อเสนอที่ให้ผลตอบแทนสูง รวมถึงโครงสร้างค่าคอมมิชชันและเบี้ยเลี้ยงที่พัก

รายได้เร็ว: ค่าคอมมิชชันสูงสามารถเกิดขึ้นได้ภายใน 2 สัปดาห์หลังการฝึกอบรม (หรือเร็วกว่านั้น)

โอกาสเติบโต: เมื่อคุณก้าวสู่บทบาทผู้นำ คุณจะได้รับค่าคอมมิชชันเพิ่มเติมจากยอดขายของทีม

สภาพแวดล้อมสร้างสรรค์: ทำงานร่วมกันโดยตรงในโครงการดนตรี ฟิตเนส และสื่อ

โอกาสเดินทาง: ทำงานทั่วประเทศไทย พร้อมความเป็นไปได้ในการเดินทางไปต่างประเทศ เช่น ทริปทำงานที่ญี่ปุ่นภายในปีนี้ (ขึ้นอยู่กับผลงาน)

ความยืดหยุ่น: โอกาสเติบโตกับเราในเชียงใหม่ หรือร่วมขยายทีมที่กรุงเทพฯ และหัวหิน

The first role we are opening is a Content & Outreach Co-Creator (StreetCaptain) — a unique hybrid position that blends creativity, performance, and direct marketing. This is more than a job: it’s a chance to build a lifestyle, a career, and a future with us.

Start with us in Chiang Mai.
In the beginning, you’ll work side by side with the founder — creating engaging content for our platforms, and going into the field together for direct outreach and sales. You’ll learn hands-on, combining creativity with people-facing energy.

Grow into leadership.
Once content and sales are consistently rolling, you’ll step into the role of Outreach Marketing Manager. Together, we’ll bring in new recruits, and you’ll train and lead them in the field. At this stage, you’ll earn commission not only from your own sales but also from your team’s performance.

Choose your path.
As we expand beyond Chiang Mai, you’ll have the opportunity to either stay rooted here or move with us to Bangkok (and eventually Hua Hin) to help establish new offices. Wherever you choose, your contribution will be recognized and rewarded.

• Training support: All expenses covered during the 2-week training phase.
• Clear pathway: At the end of training, suitability will be reviewed.
• Attractive package: If successful, you’ll be offered a financially rewarding role, including a competitive commission structure and an accommodation allowance.
• Fast earnings: High commissions are typically realized within two weeks after training — often sooner.
• Leadership growth: As you progress into leadership, you’ll earn additional commissions from your team’s sales.
